Facebook suspended me again. A little more of that and I will tell them to write their own content.

I have been on Facebook for so many years I do not remember when I started.

They just suspended me for the second time in two weeks.
.
The first time we were discussing Ukrainians attacking the Russian convoys. I am a West Point graduate Vietnam vet and many of my Facebook readers are also service academy grads or other vets.
.
I explained that the armored vehicles (tanks and armored scout vehicles) were buttoned up—hatches closed, steering by looking through periscopes. You can attack them with anti-tank weapons and Molotov cocktails but not rifles.
.
But many of the vehicles in the Russian convoy are regular trucks with ordinary vehicle glass windows. I said they should shoot the truck drivers through the windows.
.
That violated Facebook’s “community standards” regarding violence.
.
It is a war. The Russian vehicles are there to kill Ukrainians and to seize the country and subjugate it. I and millions of other American vets were trained to kill enemy soldiers with guns and knives and bare hands, not to mention cannons and tank guns and grenades and chopper gun ships and bombs.

I guess Facebook should admonish the United States Military Academy to stop advocating violence, and if they do not immediately terminate all Facebook accounts at West Point and in the US military worldwide.

The second, today, involved a discussion of what to do about the 40-mile long Russian convoy of tanks, armored cars, and supply trucks. Another reader advocated some harassment of the convoy. I said I did not want to harass them, I wanted to kill the convoy.

I have often said that many of the boy billionaires in high tech used a simple short cut to beat competitors: they refuse to do due diligence and ignore bast practices.

In Air bnb they have inadequate screening and supervision of the guests. Result: shootings and squatters and destructive parties.

In social media like Facebook, they want to suck up to Democrat woke children by censoring violence, mentioning covid, or vaccination, or climate. But that requires intelligent adult human beings to read posts. Facebook does not have them and they do not want to pay for them. So they censor on the cheap by punishing persons who use certain words or phrases—regardless of context or the fact that words and phrases usually have multiple definitions.

No doubt the one-time Raid slogan—Kills bugs dead—would get them banned for life.

In the early days of computers, they made one that could translate Russian to English and English to Russian. To test it, they fed in a bunch of famous sayings in English, then fed the Russian translations of them in and translated them back to English.

“Out of sight, out of mind” came back as “Blind, insane.” This is the kind of stupidity you get when you try to use cheapo simple word or phrase matching for either translation or censoring.

I have very little patience for trying to avoid the context-less, woke children politically-incorrect words and phrases. Much more of this and I will abandon Facebook. I provided them free content. And for it, I get falsely accused of being an advocate of criminal behavior.
